Turn on your game if you want to get all of this done easily. First, go inside the cave of Iron Island. Next, go down the staircase on the right. Now, go down the elevator at the end of the room that you are in. Once you're at the bottom, go right again. Finally, go down and turn. You should see a Pokeball containing the Iron Tail TM.
