Stand in front of hearthome city's Pokemon center and go:

18 steps down. 20 steps right. 10 steps down. 51 steps left (throgh the building). 7 steps up. 10 steps left. 4 steps up (stairs). 4 steps left. 9 steps down. 15 steps left. 11 steps up. 8 steps left. 5 steps down (stairs,turn right,use surf). 12 steps right. 8 steps down (on to land). talk to the fisherman on the right, he will battle you and he has barboach.

if you want to catch barboach you are on your own.

To catch Barboach you might need a super rod wich u can only get after the national dex from the batle zone just go use it in the water near Eterna forest or Hearthome City and chaces r ULL Find one and tghhey are very easy 2 catch.

well only the fisher man he has a barboach and a gyarados so you pass two hiker men and turn left at the second hiker man so and then go left again and go down (stairs) and you need a Pokemon that knows suf and surf go straight and go left and you will find a fisher man with a gyarados and barboach
