Lotads could be found on Routes 102 and 114 in those games. You could evolve a Lotad to obtain a Lombre or catch it directly on Route 114.
In 4th gen, Lombre and Lotad can be found with Sapphire inserted (Dual-Slot mode) and in the Johto Safari Zone (in DPPt and HGSS respectively).
In DP Lotad is found on Routes 203, 204, 205, and 212.
In Pt Lotad is found on Routes 203, 204, 210 (South), and Eterna Forest.
In DP Lombre is found on Routes 212 and 229
In Pt Lombre is found on Routes 210 and 229
In 5th gen Lombre can not be found. However Lotad is in White Forest (surf) and in the Dream World.
