Same place as anywhere else. The internet. Specifically, the official minecraft website. Whether you trust internet financial transactions in your country or not, that's the only way to get it, I'm afraid.

If you don't and have a friend who does (or lives out of the country, if you're aware of a local problem like a government blacklist on all such transactions - I really have no clue what the political situation in Malaysia is), you could ask them to get you an account and provide you the username and password, and pay the cost (and maybe something extra for their trouble, since they were nice enough to help you get this awesome game). Be warned, though, (and again, I really have no idea what Malaysia specifically is like, so I apologize for any accidental offense I give), Minecraft costs 20 euros, which is approximately 80 Malaysian ringgets, according to Google's built in currency converter. To me, this sounds like a fair amount of money.
