licence plates are found all over strangetown for 24 hours a day.a new one apears every hour in different places.when you have completed the licence plates you unlock a song called razor burn. your licence plate collection can be seen in the alcove on the wall in the managers suite.here are the places to find the licence plates and the times they apear:

12:00 am - government lab

1:00 am - art gallery (atrium)

2:00 am - fountain in atrium

3:00 am - basement ,beside the stairway to the freezer

4:00 am - casino (atrium)

5:00 am - cattle shed (town square)

6:00 am - city hall in honest jacksons office

7:00 am - bovine shrine

8:00 am - fire place in deluxe guest room (2nd floor lobby-room with 2 pillars outside)

9:00 am - desert

10:00 am - freezer (basement)

11:00 am - furnace room (basement)

12:00 pm - spa & gym (atrium)

1:00 pm - jungle guest room (2nd floor lobby)

2:00 pm - lion lounge (atrium)

3:00 pm - modern guest room (2nd floor lobby)

4:00 pm - sun deck (hotel)

5:00 pm - penthouse (hotel)

6:00 pm - rat cave (basement)

7:00 pm - jeb jerky's room in the saloon

8:00 pm - sax lounge (atrium)

9:00 pm - secret warehouse (basement)
