The first one is in the second room you go into. Step on the pressure pad hidden by the table and the door will open. But I'm trying to get the card myself and cant get it. I think Cannonbolt is better to use than XLR8. The second one is in the room with the large cylinder oblect in. Defeat the enimies, go Fourarms and pull the large crate onto the pressure pad, go up the ramp as Cannonbolt and DON'T go through the door. You'll see one of the tanks with an astronaut suit in, brake it to find a switch. Hit it and go to the platform below you (not the floor). Get yourself in the right position on the ramp, it's best to face the TV screen a little bit. Catapult onto another platform. Go on the other ramp onto a platform with the sumo slammer card. But I'm not sure about the third.
