The item NeverMeltIce is avavible in POKeMON Diamond & Pearl only after you have defeated the Elite Four & also the champion, Cynthia. Go to Snowpoint City, head north until you get into a temple, you will be denied access, but the gym leader, Candice, will let you in. (Since she is friends with Cynthia) Head into the temple and check out every item, on the 2nd or 3rd floor is the NeverMeltIce. POKeMon in the temple: STEELIX - Lv. 53 to 56 SNEASLE - Lv. 54 to 55 GRAVELER - Lv. 53 to 55 Also at the end there is REGIGAS, but he will only awaken from his statue form when you bring REGIROCK, REGICE & REGISTEEL in your party. He is a hell of an enemy, if you want to catch him I recommend a Masterball or use Action Replay to get a 100% catch rate.
