ToonTown was made on April 15th, 1998 and was based off the Disney movie: "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" (1988). Therefor Disney creating the game. ToonTown was shut down in 2002, but there was an online multiplayer version: "ToonTown Online" (2003). I'm pretty sure the online version is still available, but you would have to look around for that.
