The last time I emailed Aspyr they said they did not have any plans to make apartment life for the mac yet. I believe this sucks but if they don't I hope they make Sims 3 it is supossed to be alot better then sims 2. However, The Sims 3 just came out to the Mac on June 2nd. So I'm sure the Sims 3 would be a great game.

I hate the sims 3! It sucks the sims 2 is by far better. The game designers need to make their games for everyone so they don't loose customers that's all im saying.

You cannot get it for Mac.... yet. You need to check this website: http://www.aspyr.com/ These people are the distributors for the sims 2 Mac. I would check back here every week as if the Apartment Life will be out for Mac it will be listed on this site. Hope you find this helpful :) Edit (by Karney): Nope, never gonna be for the mac.. sorry. It is a shame, though.

No, i don't think so. It is coming out on mac but also windows and the mac version is also compatible with Linux (?) computers hope i helped x

As Sims 3 requires a Mac with an Intel processor it will not run on a Mac with a G5 processor.
How do you install sims 2 on Mac?
You need the Mac Sims 2 game, and then when you put into your computer, a little sims 2 disc will pop up. click on it. Then drag the Sims 2 app to your hard drive, and it will begin to install. Be sure you have the MAC disc or it will not work!
Will Sims 3 work on OS X Macs?
Sims 3 is available for Mac OS X. You will have to buy a mac specific disc though.
