Pub closed in the mid 90s after a couple of gangland murders in there, bodies being dismembered in horse boxes etc. Someone was shot in the face then had his throat slit in the pub carpark. The Independent called it 'the most dangerous pub in Britain' in 1994. Not a very nice place, full of gangsters, wannabees and didikais.
