Prifddinas is not currently accessible by players in Runescape. This is city is one of the few areas on Runescape that you can see on map but can't actually go to. Reason for this is , Prifddinas and the area surrounding it, is part of a quest line Mourning's End Part I and II. From what I've seen it is not until Mourning's Part III is released that we'll finally gain a whole new part of the map!
Now this is interesting when you think of it, this is a section of the map that's existed since the first age of the game, But no player has ever been to it! I have a feeling that the coming quest or whenever we gain entry to the elvin city they'll will be alot to learn about the history of the game!
