Verdandi lets him guess what kind of card is on the top of his deck (monster, spell, trap) and if he's right, it is Set in the appropriate zone.
Urd lets him pick a face-down card controlled by the opponent, and if he can guess its name, it is banished.
So, Zigfried would use Skuld to know what card was on the top of the deck, use Verdandi to have it placed on the field, and Urd to banish it.
