The first Pokemon ever to exist was arceus in the Pokemon legends. But bulbasaur was the first Pokemon in the pokedex and drawn. But pikachu was the first popular one.
The previous answer was incorrect, Gengar wasn't the first created, and neither was the first Pokemon that was shown in the TV show. In the English dubbed versions, at least, Mewtwo was the first Pokemon ever shown. It was one of the first Pokemon shown in the games, though, alongside Nidorino... But as for the first Kanto Pokemon created, which in turn would be the first Pokemon ever created... According to Ken Sugimori, who created and designed the first 250 Pokemon, the first Pokemon that they ever created was actually Rhydon. Not Gengar, not Bulbasaur, not Pikachu... But Rhydon. I know, go figure? Right?
If you mean about the legend of who was born first, it was Arceus, and then Palkia and Dialga to control space and time. This was according to the Sinnoh legend on how the world and Pokemon began. As for designing, Rhydon was the first to be designed by Ken Sugimori. This explains why Rhydon's data can be found first in the original Pokemon Red and Green, despite its high Pokedex number. Lapras and Clefairy were also one of the first to be designed as well.
Roblox's first game ever is Roblox's first game. (i swear im telling the truth;Roblox is on one who made the site.)
Due to the fact that many ideas were presented for moshlings before the first one was chosen, there is no way to know for certain which moshling was the first one made.
