If you use Action Replay DS and if you have the cheat, catch trainer's Pokemon, you can find that trainer and steal his hippopotas. p.s. the way i caught it was breeding. who needs to catch 28 unowns that look different to get a simple hippopotas. breed or find a trainer that trained one. my hippopotas is level 42 and since these guys are cool, i gave it an everstone (everstones don't let Pokemon evolve).
