You can not get that until at least Fall of the first year. Because the only ingredient is Yams. Which you can only get by growing them in Fall.

You will also need a Kitchen and a Pot. Then just cook the Yams in the Pot.

Carter really likes other cooked dishes such as Vegetable Juice and Sashimi.

Carter likes Wine and Rice Balls.
