Most of the time he will play some song you've never heard before by him and will say,"man,don't give me that look! I know it's the wrong riff,but this song is not on my list" or somthing simalr,but I tried once putting in a song by k.k. but it didn't work so I don't think you can. :)

Actually you can get a song by K.K. But you cant just make up one. Search for songs on the internet and say one to K. K. and he will give you the song for free.

In Animal Crossing: Wild World, you have to play on a Saturday night between 8:00 PM and 11:59 PM and go to The Roost cafe (the bottom of the museum) and K.K. Slider will be onstage. Talk to him, he will be taking requests for songs, and you tell him which songs you want. I suggest time traveling for this (adjusting the date on your DS so it is the desired date and you can do the desired action). WARNING: Time traveling causes tons of weeds to grow in your town.
