I find it difficult to get specific information on quests for this skill. An online guide states: "Completing the easy quests Fight Arena, Holy Grail, Waterfall Quest, Scorpion Catcher and Tree Gnome Village will give you a huge boost to your combat level..." - but that is combat in general. Some quests, especially advanced ones, give lamps or similar items that can be applied to ANY skill, so you might use those, too. But in general, if it is combat experience you want (including constitution), I suggest you just fight a lot. You may want to do most quests anyway, either for the satisfaction of having them done, or for the benefits they give you - including experience in different skills.

Only certain quests give you the key.
Really, the amount of experience you get form quests is insignificant. The best way to train ranged is by shooting with a bow and arrows (or some ranged weapon, and other munition - for example, the Dwarven Cannon).Really, the amount of experience you get form quests is insignificant. To raise your strength on Runescape, all you have to do is selet the fighting style that will give you strength experience, and attack something. To do this you must click on the tab with the picture of the sword on it, and the choose the aggressive style. This will give you strength experience when you damage any enemies. The experience builds up, and after a while you will have leveled your strength up!

Leveling a character is done by defeating monsters in order to earn EXP, or experience. Experience can also be gained from quests and party quests.

The fastest way to gain experience in Requiem: Bloodymare, is by completing quests, as they provide more experience than monster bashing. Don't forget to check the agents for scroll quests as well.
Wolf Whistle(276 xp) Spirit of Summer(1000 xp) Summer's End(1500 xp) The Curse of Arrav(4000 xp) For now, these are the only quests that give summoning xp. If you are looking for more you could try to do the Distraction and Diversion, Penguin Hide and Seek.
Simple, talk to the NPC's (non-player characters) with the yellow ! over their head. They are the ones that give you quests. There are also things that drop off mobs that will sometimes give you quests.
