The first gym is in Striaton City. There are three gym leaders for this gym: Cilan, Chili, and Cress. The one gym leader you must fight against is determined by the starter Pokemon you chose. All three gym leaders have a level 12 Lillipup and one more Pokemon. If you chose Snivy, you battle Chili with a level 14 Pansear. If you chose Oshawott, you battle Cilan with a level 14 Pansage.
