i personally say no, it's not worth it, if you seriously want to okay. i prefer using it on Heatran or Cresselia. those both are impossible to get. i caught my heatran with 200 ultraballs and 50 pokeballs and 25 dusk balls and i used almost all of them to catch Heatran. i'm still getting cresselia.
