You get 50 point bonus for using all seven tiles in one turn in Scrabble. This is in addition to the score you earned for that word. So if you earned 25 points for the word, plus 50 for using all your letter tiles in that word, then you will earn 75 points.

What do you call a seven letter word in scrabble?

Many people call any word that uses all seven tiles (and thus earns a bonus of 50 points) a 'seven letter word'. Usually it is, but sometimes the word played can be longer. So the term 'seven letter word' is frequently incorrect. The correct term when all tiles are used is 'bonus word', but many players call it a 'bingo'. Some refer to it as a 'scrabble'. Alan Mathews
