After that go to the end and that blob will appear again. Giratina will appear and it's quite easy to catch for a level 47. He will be in its origin form but once you leave distortion world, it will change back to it's old form. Beat the league then comminucate with distortion world at the end of turn back cave in which the champion was blocking. It easy to get through nevertheless because it a new distortion world. at the end obtain the Griceous Orb which keeps giratina in its Origin form outside of distortion world. Without the orb it is only in its Origin form when it's in distortion world

The First Time/ To get Giritina The first time you go to the Distortion[Reverse] World, will be at Spear Pillar, the top of Mt. Coronet. Giritina will be Level 47, but you also have to beat Cyrus, his Pokemon around level 45 - 50. To get the Griseous Orb, after you beat the Pokemon League, a path on Route 214 will open up called, Spring Path. You will need Rock Climb and possibly Surf. It will be the same cave that is in Peal and Diamond where you found/ find Giritina. But where Giritina was in Diamond and Pearl, will be the entrance to the Distortion[Reverse] World.
