Yanma evolves into Yanmega when it knows the move Ancient Power and is then leveled up.

Yanma is #193 in the National Pokedex, and was introduced in the Generation II Pokemon titles (Gold, Silver, and Crystal) where it could be found on Route 35. In Generation VI (X and Y), it can be found on Route 10.
