It refers to Han Solo and Luke Skywalker posing as Imperial Stormtroopers and Chewbacca as their prisoner in order to sneak into the detention block of the Death Star to rescue Princess Leia. The phrase "Wookiee prisoner gag" was used by Sawyer in Lost to describe a similar stunt he, Kate and Alex pulled to rescue Alex's boyfriend Karl.
