okay the main story of leaf green is your a boy or girl and you pick your Pokemon (charmandar/balbasuar/squardle)
you go on a long journey and you decide you want to vs a gym learder he is broke a rock type gym leader you go throw the game battleing differrnt ppl and team rocket many times they get in your way of being a Pokemon master so you stop them and foil their plans time after time as you go throw the game more and more you see your rival you beat him time and time again finally you have all 8 gym badges so you take a long trip to vitory road you come up to the entrance of victory road and its a cave you go throw the cave to the other side after a long journey throw it you come to the building were the elite four hold their ground... you beat the the first three and then you beat the fourth an final eilte he say you have beat the elite four you would be the champion but someone already beat them all so now you must beat him you your long lost rival.
then you go home one day you find bill the Pokemon manic he says he has a pass to go to some other place he offers you the chance to go their and you take it you meet his friend he need you to do a favor for him so you accept you go to mount emeber and retreve the ruby he needed later you hear some one has went missing so you go to look for them you ask some questions and the answers lead you to the berrier forest you search for a long time and final find her she is being attacked by a Pokemon so you help her out and get back home bills friend gives you his tri pass to go to the other islands and you take it you do some explaoring and yeah you find a cave the call it the dotted cave there is some vines on it that you cat break so you bring one of your Pokemon out and use cut the door open and you go inside and find a Sapphire and you take it back to bills friend he thanks you very muh now he can contake his friends from far away the end
