In Pokemon what is the most powerful water-type move?

i think it would be hydro pump on fire red and leaf green, that would be the most powerful but i use surf to fight more than hydro pump wrong hydro pump is second most powerful move hydro canon is the most powerful the old guy near the fight area will teach al the most powerful moves to the starters wrong. Water spout is the most powerful.PP5 (max. 8)Power150Accuracy100% Water Spout - The higher the user's hp is the higher the damage.PP5 (max. 8)Power150Accuracy90% Hydro Cannon- User must rest on next turn. Water Spout: 1.5 Base Power at 1% to 150 BPower at 100%; 100 accuracy Surf: Constant 95 BPower; 100% accuracy Hydro Pump: Constant 120 BPower; 80% accuracy Hydro Cannon: Constant 150 BPower; 90% accuracy; TWO-turn move So: Water Spout decreases in strength with HP, so not that useful, unless you have a lot of Full Restores. Hydro Cannon is a two turn move, which averages on 75 power per turn - 90% accuracy makes it 67,5 power per turn. Following the same formula Hydro pump - 80% ACC makes it 96 power per turn. And Surf has 95 power per turn. However: Surf has 15 PP and Hydro Pump 5 PP, allowing for more turns of attacks for Surf. Therefore, the answer is: Hydro Pump for short battles and Surf for longer ones.

How do you pass zap dos on Pokemon tower defence?

In Beating Zap dos you need high level water type such as level 95. I used MY Shiny Starmie and my Gyarados with the moves Ice Beam and Rest. I used my two Pidgeots with the move rest the entire level. What they did was after the first drill Peck Zap dos used his drill peck on them and that didn't really bring their health down. I used a Ratticat with the same move as Starmie and Gyarados which was Ice Beam. When Zap dos used his thunder sock move i had all my other Pokemon use the move rest until after he used that move. For my Ratticat I had Gary heal him. I used Gary for Starmie and Gyarados because rest sometimes took longer to use. So in Pokemon Tower defense that is how i Beat Zap dos.
