The Least amount actually won by a contestant is $0
Wheel of Fortune has a minimum of $1,000 to give to contestants who actually won nothing. So they get a consolation prize of $1,000 for not winning anything. If they solve a puzzle for less than $1,000 the amount is increased to the minimum of $1,000 for solving any puzzle. That means is they solve one puzzle for $0 and another for $300 they get the minimum amount twice or $2,000 for solving the puzzles.
The original network show was different from the current syndicated show that premiered on September 19 1983. The network show had a lower value to the dollar amounts on the wheel and both shows originally had a shopping element when the contestant won the round. No information can be located that indicates when the Minimum amount of $1,000 started, but the contestant did not win it and received the money as a consolation prize.
They win at least $1000 if they did not win more playing the game. It is Jeopardy that has a set amount and for Wheel of Fortune you keep what ever you win and get the $1000 only if you failed to answer any puzzles because $1,000 is also the minimum for solving a puzzle on Wheel of Fortune.

$1000 is the lowest amount a contestant can win on Wheel of Fortune. However it is a long running show that replaced a show with the same name that had daytime shows and the prizes in the beginning were much smaller than now. In the beginning of the daytime show the minimum dollar value on the wheel was $25
If they want to they own a number of the shows
Not that I've heard. I'm sure the would edit it out as the show is not live

It's not for sale, you must find someone who has one and try to get them to sell it by offering enough money that they will sell it. It has not ever been part of the syndicated nighttime Wheel of Fortune prizes except as a stage prop and was part of the Daytime Wheel of Fortune prizes. Better for you to find one that looks like the Wheel of Fortune Dalmatian than try to get someone to sell their keepsake of the show.
This could only be answered by a third-party site, and the answer was no, it has never been selected.

Several times, answers to puzzles have appeared in slightly altered forms. But the English language contains far more than the approximately 35,000 phrases that Wheel of Fortune has featured in its 5000+ episodes. Aside from completely rerun episodes, the Wheel of Fortune producers maintain a complete list of used puzzle answers, and has not repeated puzzles within any 5 year period during its 28 seasons.
