Sony makes only one card 8MB everything else is not a Sony product and not actually approved as for the PS2. Amazon sells the 128 MB ones for the PS2 at $14.15 and also sell the 64 MB, 32 MB, and 16 MB. You might find someone selling a 256 MB card, but none larger than 8 MB are actually PS2 memory cards and so they do have problems and are without support available to resolve them
