Go to your items bag and there will be 493 Master Balls, this symbolizes 493 Pokemon
Throw away approximately 114 Master Balls to get the number 379 (Registeel's number)
Walk around in grass/caves/ect. to encounter a Pokemon while holding L Down
You should encounter Registeel, catch him with your 379th Master Ball in your ITEMS BAG (Do not use anything else other than this)
Walk around while holding L and you should encounter Regice, catch him with your 378th Master Ball
Walk around while holding L to encounter Regirock and catch him with your 377th Master Ball
If done correctly you should've captured all of the Regi's.
