If you had an Xbox, I would be willing to help you. I am neither the greatest quickscope/noscoper in the world but I would have a go. I know a few smaller techniques you can try although quickscope doesn't take much skill to be honest, its more luck. 1. Line the oponent up as close to the centre as you can before you bring the scope towards you and shoot. 2. Try crouching just before you shoot. Plenty of commentators and Modern Warfare 2 players upload techniques on how to do this. It seems to increase your accuracy when you shoot. 3. Do all the basic setup tips. Make sure that you set Steady Aim (Pro preferably). There is another way that I have found useful, although I don't know if you would want to use it. Set Stun Grenades onto your quickscoping class and through one to keep the opponent relatively still so you can have a go at quickscoping him. Hope this helped.
