A balanced team of 6 Pokémon that do not have overlapping types. Like for example, 1 fire. 1 water. 1 grass. That way you can defeat any type that stands in your way. The Pokémon you choose is your choice, everyone has different tastes in Pokémon. Just as long as they do not have overlapping types.
A balanced team: Meganium, Raichu, Arcanine, Dewgong, Ursaring, Sandslash
A not balanced team: Typhlosion, Arcanine, Rapidash, Electabuzz, Ampharos (Just an example)
I'm not telling you to use the exact Pokémon I said on my balanced team example. That's just what I used on Crystal version. I'm just giving you an example of a team with a variety of types.
