EV Training is what makes Hydreigon a killer. Sure, without the EV Training it is still amazing, but the training gives it an extra special boost in its stats making it nearly unstoppable. Get a Deino with a Mild nature and give it 252 Sp. Attack EVs, 252 Speed EVs, and 4 Attack EVs. Now as for the moves it will be a mixed move set. Here is a great move set.

Hydreigon Moves:

- Draco Meteor (An extremely powerful Dragon type attack that should be used only when confronted by an especially strong opposing Pokemon or as a last resort.

- Fire Blast (Yes I know this is starting to sound like noob trainer that only thinks of the sheer force moves but hear me out. Lower accuracy than Flamethrower but more power, both work so just choose whether you want more power or accuracy.)

- Superpower (I believe this one is only obtainable through use of a move tutor, might also be an egg move. It lowers the attack and defense stat once used so use it wisely and never use it twice unless you do a use move, switch out, switch back in, use move sequence.)

- Roost (Finally a move that doesn't rely on brute force. Roost regenerates 1/2 of the users health so when used properly at the right time it makes for a crucial move in Hydreigon's move set.)

Other options include: Surf, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, and U-Turn.
