I would say braviary/rufflet but you don't have white so get mandibuzz/vullaby but it takes a long time to evolve and there not found until After the eighth badge. So to be easy just get pidove and evolve it because it easy to find and train. So until you find the other birds just stick with pidove/tranquill/unfezant
P.S. get rid of petilil and evolve tyamo because 25 he evolves into palplitoad
