What is the best Pokemon to complete my team consisting of Altaria Blaziken Vaporeon Groundon and Gardevoir?
I will suggest some Changes. Use them if you want. But i assure you the team which i will suggest will offer very good results for you. I have also added move set for each. If you have any doubts or want to know how to teach any particular move contact me - mysteryperson098@gmail.com.
1.Blaziken (Fire and Fighting Type)
Make it Learn - Sky Uppercut/Fire Blast/Mirror Move/Fire Punch/Blaze kick/Overheat. (Fire punch can be learned from move tutor in fallarbor city if you are playing iii Gen of Pkmn, or search for move tutors in serebii.net)
2.Gardevoir (Psychic Type)
Gardevoir is a good choice. Make it Learn - Psychic/Confusion/Future Sight/Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Shock Wave. Teach it Psychic Moves Mainly.
3.Ludicolo.(Water and Grass Type)
Evolve a Lotad into a Lombre and Use a water Stone on it to get a Ludicolo.
It is a good pokemon as it is Water as well as Grass Type. Make it Learn - Hydro Pump/Surf/Ice Beam/Blizzard/Giga Drain/Solar Beam.
4.Altaria (Dragon and Flying Type)
Altaria is the second best choice for your team other than Salamance which evolves from a bagon to a shelgon then salamance. Salamance is the best but it is tough to capture a bagon and raise it. If you want you can capture it at Meteor Falls. Make Altaria Learn - Dragon Breath/Dragon Claw/Sky Attack/Fly/Perish song/Aerial Ace.
5.Rhydon (Rock and Ground Type) OR Aggron (Steel and Rock Type)
Teach any one of them - Earthquake/Horn Drill/Iron Tail/Double Edge (Especially to Aggron coz It's Rock head Ability makes it take no recoil damage. So it will be Very useful)/Dig.
6.Manectric (Electric Type)
Teach it - Thunder/Thunderbolt/Shock Wave/Iron Tail.
(Groudon (Ground Type), i would not suggest as it learns only earthquake as a ground type move and all others are fire - Eruption, fire blast and only one grass type move - solarbeam. However if You Like keeping a Legendary, Keep it.)
(No need Vaporeon as Ludicolo is a grass as well as water but Vaporeon is only Wate Type )
That should do it. The Best Pokemon Team which consist of All Types of Pokemon and All Types of Moves. Hope It is good.

THERE IS NO LEAFION OR GALCEON IN THE OLD POKEMON RANGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so don't spend days searching for leafeon and galaceon when there is no such thing in the old POKEMON RANGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
