3. when the game loads (when you can play it), press l+r at the same time. It will give you 493 master balls in the items slot.

Now back to the move modifier. After you discard some, you press l (don't hold it), and go to TM 17 and bam, you have that move.

You find the index number in the national pokedex of the Pokemon you would like to catch and use the calculator app. and throw away that many pokeballs and press L before you go into grass (no need to hold it) and then the next Pokemon you will catch should be the Pokemon you wanted.
