It is possible you are trying to trade Pokemon from the hoenn region (ruby, sapphire, emerald) onto firered/ leafgreen. This is not possible until have done a certain thing. The other possibility is that you need at least 2 Pokemon to trade.
How do you get miltank in Pokemon emerald?
You have to go to the safari zone and go to the area where houndour is. Miltank is level 37 and is very hard to catch. im still trying =P hope i helped :)
How do you catch a kangashkan easier on Pokemon LeafGreen?
The only way to get it is by the safari zone which makes it harder to catch it there really is no easy way to get it so when you find it i suggest trying to capture it as soon as you find it.
