It does not involve th Regis. It is a cave where it appears only when you beat the Elite Four. It only has Zubats on level 16. It's a waste of your time. * Not all level 16 Zubats. No waste of time. I had heard that if you went in you had 75% more chance of getting a shiny pokemon. I went to see and caught 6 shing zubats! People trade them for the best pokemon! It is a cave that alters it's positon. There is a chance that you can find ditto in that cave.
