resource pushing is when someone sends over their hourly amount of resources to one person 1 day. It is against the rules, but many people have done it by mistake. The travian UK servers (not sure about others) have blocked resource pushing, so it just won't send the resources.
Also, say you had 2 villages. and they each produced 100 of each resource from 1 village you could send two hundred of each, or even 800 of 1 thing. you can mix it around
