You could either dump the bios yourself, which could take a little patience, or download from the link below. Note that the only LEGAL way of obtaining a bios is dumping it from your OWN Playstation 2 console.DO NOT ask where to get the bios in the PCSX2 forum, because it's against the rules. That's because the ps2 BIOS is a copyrighted material of Sony and that makes its distribution illegal, meaning we could get in trouble if it was found out that we were supplying people illegally with bios files.Getting the bios needs to come from your machine according to copyright protections. Procedures can be found at the link for the best emulator the PCSX2. PCSX2 is a Playstation 2 'emulator', a free program that tries to replicate the Playstation 2 console to enable you to play PS2 games on your PC. If you do not have the skill to even download bios think about forgetting PS2 emulation. It will not be like playing a PS2 and instead is a lengthy and time consuming process. See the PCSX2 home site and try the getting started link. or the other link for the guide and under the guide bios configuration section there is a link for "A new Bios dumper is already available that can dump your PS2 Bios,ROM1,ROM2,EROM and NVM. Get it HERE"
It is actually not as hard as you would think. Refer to: http://forums.ngemu.com/pcsx2-forum/84994-guide-dump-bios-through-usb.html for directions to dump your PS2 bios onto a USB Flashdrive. And on a side note, when you dump your bios using a custom code (as explained in the above link) you are actually copying your bios, so it does not render your PS2 useless.
While PlayStation 2 emulators like PCSX2 have gotten better about emulating the hardware, the firmware (BIOS) of the PlayStation 2 is very unique. It takes time to reverse-engineer all the system calls that games make to the BIOS, so there is currently no drop-in replacement for the real deal.
You can not
not sure, but why would you want to use pcsx2 when there's ePSXe ? you can play most of the games on ePSXe :D
No.
u can download it on net
Legally, PCSX2 requires you to have a PlayStation 2 for two reasons, one as a license to play PlayStation 2 games, and the other for you to dump the BIOS from, as PCSX2 requires a copy of the PlayStation 2 BIOS. Once you have PCSX2 running, however, there is no technical reason you need a PlayStation 2.
