What is in the mystery zone in Pokemon pearl diamond and firered you think there might be an inconplete Pokemon data there?

it would appear that with a certain ar code would be the only way to access this part of the game so it might be the code itself that triggered this new glitches Pokemon or missingno. However, I have heard recent reports of an incomplete event that was to be used in Pokemon diamond but was removed due to the limits in boundries of this game. This might just be another Sprite for dialga but it having judgment might indicate that this Pokemon was removed because the programers got the idea of creating arceus and thus incorporating judgment into arceus and leaving this Pokemon out. But i have heard of these reports elsewhere and it states this fragment Pokemon( let us just use the name fragement to id this Pokemon) has been captured in pearl. Why it would be in pearl is unkown because fragement is supposed to be an alternate sprite for dialga so why didn't they just delete it. I have a theory, pherhaps this fragement Pokemon was forgotten and copied onto pearl because when they created pearl they just copied all the maps on to pearl and erased the event Pokemon dialga and filled it in with palkia but fragement may have been left behind. Such as the three lakes of sinnoh because if you use ar code walk through walls you can go up to the lake near your house and travel north west and you will see a pond but it will be incredibly small and will not be water but just a puddle. The reason for this alternate lake is unkown.
