'Hyper Tolerance' in human studies would be when a person supposedly has little to no political or moral intolerances to the world around them.

A simple example of an intolerance in this case being if someone hated all types of apples; they could then say, "I have zero tolerance towards apples."

In medicine, a 'Hyper Tolerance' would be if a life form had an abnormally high resistance to a drug or chemical.

An example of this would be if someone was given doses of a drug that would affect most others heavily, yet the individual administered the drug was relatively or entirely unaffected. They would be abnormally tolerant of it- or hyper tolerant.
