in Pokemon emerald, u leave the gym and go to the Pokemon nava place (big,tall bilding) and the team aqwa guy run;s past u and the red headed guy (who asked you in the forest if u have seen a sroomish) and u will fallow him untell u get to the woods and he will give u a repeat ball if you get back the mail letters 4 him (also the team aqwa guy took a wingull from the old sailer guy) and once you give them back there things u go after the red headed guy (who is where u left him) and he will ask u 2 follow him to the big bilding place and u go 2 the top floor and the profeser will give u that poke nava and once u r about 2 hit the road u r stoped by some guy and he will downlode something in you poke nava after that the profeser dude will call u and then once your about 2 leve town your friend iz there asking u 4 a battle, after the battle u go to the dock close 2 where your dad's gym is and u ask the guy if u can go 4 a ride to a diffrent island and u have to delever a message 2 a guy who is lost in a cave, once u find him u give him the letter and he gives u a HM or TM and befor u find him u have 2 beat the town's gym leader theb u give the letter anyway after u give the letter 2 him u go to the other city and give a guy who works 4 boat's a letter and he is in the mussime witch is where team aqwa peoples wreak hovic infrount of it
