Yes you can have an infinite money cheat by getting a second player or do it yourself so just give all your gold to the second player then the second one reject it then go out the sanctuary and leave but dont save then player 1 goes in and u have 2 pressies and they have there money in different ones so voila!

Its a matter of an opinion. If you like games where you have to think and make important decisions, you should get Fallout 3.
