here is my opinion:

sludge bomb\ancient power\confuse ray

swallow

spit up

stock pile

or (i didn't do this because I already used the tms on other pokemon, but...)

(this does not invlude cradily's egg moves. i.e. recover, barrier (recover rocks))

toxic

giga drain

confuse ray

ancient power

item: leftovers\quick claw
