The principal objective of the Commissioning activities is to ensure through functionality testing and inspection of the facilities, that the facilities can be operated safely and efficiently and in accordance with the design.

The Commissioning scope shall commence with the planning and preparatory work, continue through the execution phase, document all commissioning performed and be finalised by handover of the facilities to Client's operations team.

Main Responsibilities include

  • Plan, lead and supervise commissioning team to ensure on-time delivery / completion of work in safe and professional manner maintaining high quality of work
  • Manage and deploy manpower
  • Chair meetings, and perform job inspection and cost control responsibilities
  • Enforce safety
  • Make sure the availability of test equipments, temporaries, tools, spares etc.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties (vendors, clients and certifying authorities) pertaining to project requirements
