A biological male whose sexual proclivities lean toward self-feminization. Frequently accompanied in popular art with an androgynous or feminine body shape, and often in the real world.

Femboys may suffer from gender-dysmorphic disorder, though this is not at all a necessary condition, as many are heterosexual males comfortable with their gender identity, with a preference for dominant female partners.

A femboy does not necessarily dress-up all the time; many reserve the practice for times where the often flamboyant style would be more socially acceptable, such as anime or furry conventions.
