well hi heres what she will do first she will hold her stomach and raise her hand only on PC lol thenshe will hold her stomach and sway then she will open her arms beside her hips and squeese and grip hard the the diamond on front of her head PS all sims have it will start spinning then another diamond will pop out and the camera will go down and she will be holding her baby to realy get a good look go to YouTube type in sims2 going into labour sims not sims3 sims :)

You can't because they are too young to woohoo or try for a baby and that goes for sims2 and sims3 you have to wait until they are young adults,adults,or elder. But there Is only one thing that can make a teen pregnant,and that is only if you download a special house on sims 2 called berry doc when your teen sim goes to the house click on the grave in the front of the house and choose "Make sim pregnant" and then It will make him/her pregnant.

Yes. When in a lot press Ctrl + Shift + C to open the cheats box the type in boolprop Testingcheatsenabled true then hold shift and click on a Sim. After you have clicked on the sim lots of options come up click on Spawn and then on Tombstone of L & D a gravestone will then appear. Then choose the Sim you would like to get pregnant (Male or Female adult only) click on the tombstone and click get pegnant with and then the Sim you would like to get them pregnant with. Then they are pregnant then it goes just like a normal pregnancie. You can also choose to make your Sim alien pregnant.
