You can't do that. Notch named clocks wrong, they are actually watches.
Yes it's called the Default Minecraft Server Jar. If you are looking for an IP to get onto a server... wrong place.
The only thing you can craft with slimeballs in minecraft is a sticky piston. You can put a slimeball and the piston in the crafting to make it.
If its your avatar its not the correct size to use it needs to be the same as everyone elses
you have to go to start, click run, click your .minecraft folder, take the downloaded mod (it has to be zipped) click open archive, then with the .minecraft folder, you find bin go in, and open minecraft's archive, then you move the files in the mod archive folder to the minecraft archives. (some things might be wrong, but that's because i used pure memory to answer this, and i have a bad memory. )
wrong bukkit version.
(this is not an answer i am just adding to detail) I am trying to install the x-ray mod which says it does not need modloader or anything else like that. so i do everything it says in the tutorial (open minecraft.jar, delete meta-inf, drag in the files) but when i start up minecraft nothing happens, it plays minecraft as if i had not installed the mod in the first place. Am i doing somthing wrong?
Yes. There are instances where the wrong filter can be installed.
You are doing it wrong.
You might have gotten the wrong download for Minecraft. Be sure that you got the Mac version (I believe it's not Minecraft.exe but something else).
You may be installing them wrong, or may not have the right version of mod. There is also a chance you are installing conflicting mods.
If you, by downgrading, mean changing to an older version, then no, you can't. wrong! You can you must have a backup/copy of the old .minecraft in your roaming appdata folder. just take old one and put in there In fact... there is an easier process There is a tool called MCNostalgia which can downgrade your versions of Minecraft. For example, if you don't like some new update (and I kinda do), you can downgrade Minecraft to that version. It currently supports all the way back to Indev (February 2010).
if you download the wrong minecraft that is the 1.2.3.4.5.6.7 0.37
There may be several reasons you would be unable to connect to your own server on Minecraft. First check to make sure you have not typed in the Ip address wrong. Second, make sure you are running the latest Minecraft server software(You have to download a new version after every Minecraft update). Thirdly, you cannot connect to a server using the computer that is running the said server.
