The books are based of the game (says in the back of the book) lol Their mostly for true halo fans that give them tons of back story of the characters in halo Example: you learn how John (aka Master Chief) came to be. fall of reach is before halo 1, the flood is halo 1, first cotact between halo 1 and halo 2, ghosts of onyx im not sure, contact harvest before halo 1 and just before halo wars, cole protocall i havent read yet.

Halo Reach is a good game. It isn't exactly what I would consider a mlg based game like halo 3 due to the horrible melee and 5 shot system, but it is still fun if you have a group of friends to mess around with online.

Halo is NOT for Wii. Halo is ONLY for the Xbox. The reason Halo is only for the Xbox is because the Xbox company made the game Halo. If you want the game Halo you will have to get an Xbox if you don't have one.
