How does togapi evolve?
raise togapi's happyness up by giving in a sooth bell (in hg or ss in national park where the broken fence is) walk with togapi, give him protein , carbs ,ect level it up and when its happiness is full level it up to togic then give in a dawn stone to evolve it from togic to togakiss. i hope this way helps if there's any probs make a new question and hope someone answers it bye by pkmncatcher =D
