If you have been suspended from Moshi Monsters, you have broken at least one of their rules. You may only be suspended for a certain period of time and should get your account back after that amount of time. You can also try contacting Moshi Monsters and asking why you were suspended and what you need to do to get your account back. If you have a paid membership account, it would be better to try to get that account back instead of just making a new one so that you do not lose any money you have paid for that membership.

This depends on what you mean by "normally". If you were a paid Moshi Member and your subscription ran out, you would revert to a free Basic Membership. In order to go back to the Paid Moshi Member, you would need to make a payment and then should be able to play "normally" as soon as you respond to the verification link in the email Moshi Monsters will send you. If Moshi Monsters suspended your account for breaking the rules, there should be some information about how long you will be suspended in the notice they send you. If you have been banned from Moshi Monsters, you will not be allowed to play Moshi Monsters. If the Moshi Monsters web site is being upgraded or worked on, it will take several hours. Or if could be that you need to upgrade a program on your computer. Make sure that Flash is up to date and that you empty your cache once in awhile.
